At the Seattle stop of the Po*g Live: Road To Christmas Tour, you gave compelling and specific advice about how best to open a bottle of Cava/Champagne/Etc. In the moment, I remember thinking I would absolutely commit this to memory, but now every time I open a bottle all I can remember is remembering the advice being given, and not the advice itself. I would appreciate if you could kindly put me out of my misery, but either way, I will continue to think of you each time a sparkling wine is enjoyed. Thank you.
